c) In case of a correct entry, the acknowledgement message will read on the lines of “Thank you for participating for KHMC GBK. We will call you back on this number if you are shortlisted. For Terms & conditions visit http://www.colorsmarathi.com/”
d) In case lines are closed for participation message will read on the lines of “Sorry. Lines for participating in KHMC GBK are currently closed. For T&Cs visit on http://www.colorsmarathi.com/”
How to answer through IVR?
a) Subscribers to Call on 5056882 01/02/03/04 (i.e. call 5056882 and 01 for option A, 02 for option B, 03 for option C and 04 for option D).
b) The call will end with a thank you note/invalid entry/ lines are closed for
participation prompts.
CHARGES
SMS - Every SMS sent to the participation numbers will be charged Rs 3/- per SMS or as charged by the respective mobile operator. SMS sent in the wrong format or with the incorrect answer are also chargeable. Refer Annexure 1 for list of Operators and Circles for which SMS entries are open.
IVR - Every IVRS call will be charged upto Rs 6/- per minute. Entries in the wrong format or with the incorrect answer are also chargeable
